The move is complete!

We have fully moved in to our new warehouse, and it is AMAZING!  We are so excited about our new home and how much we will be able to grow and improve with this new space for many years to come. 

We're caught up, no more shipping delays!

We want to thank each and every one of you for your patience during this time!  We know the delays were no fun for anyone, but the delays are over!  We are finally back to our usual 1-2 business day shipping guarantee! 

Why did it take so long for you guys to catch up?

We had a full week where we were unable to fulfill a single order while we moved 10s of thousands of boxes from one location, to another.  Once everything was finally moved, we then had to count each and every piece of inventory to make sure it was accounted for one by one.  There were further delays due to a few kinks we needed to work out as we settled in to the new space, which we expected to happen as well. 

Once we were able to start shipping again, we'd receive more and more orders each days, on top of the ones we already needed to fulfill!  The order count kept going up, nearly as fast as we were able to ship them out!  Imagine trying to soak up a bunch of water with dry towels, while the hose continues to run and spills more and more water, but you only have so many dry towels! (that's the best analogy I could come up with 😂)

We worked around the clock to try and keep up, and we are so proud of our fulfillment team for getting us to this point.  They have been amazing!

Moving forward, we will be in a much better place now that we have completed the move and are in this new facility.  We will not have these sort of delays ever again and will now be able to continue to grow and expand like you've never seen before!  SIP will only be getting better from here!  Thanks again for sticking with us!
